Attempting to add a content feed (from CSP?) fails with a traceback.
Steps to repro:
1. Login to CSP; copy the RSS url for a given product line feed.
2. For a sanity test, paste above URL into a browser window, http auth, and assure it is retrieved.
3. Login to JON
4. Content Sources > New
5. Paste CSP RSS feed url into "Feed URL" field.
6. Paste username and password as appropriate; submit.
Expected result:
Feed successfully created
Current result:
* Traceback in webpage
